Fine organic cotton is produced where the workers are offered free health care and safe working conditions. Veggie Friends come from the 13-Village Project, a cooperative of a biodynamic farm, SEKEM, coupled with 13 nearby villages where women have learned the skills needed to create beautiful toys and are offered a more dependable livelihood.
